I need to use flotation foam to fill 1/2″ pvc for flagpole manufacture. The problem is to get the foam into the narrow 1/2″ pvc which is up to 36″ in length. What foam do you recommend that I could try and more important how do I get the liquid all the way down into the pvc? Also how do I know how much to use?

Yes, that’s the problem! I think you could get it to pour that far and that thin but I have not tried it myself. The liquid is very thin. You can either calculate the volume or pour rice in the pipe and measure the rice by volume. It will just take a few ounces- John
